We put the new @revlonanz ColorStay Full Cover Foundation to the test with this sweaty Strength Session💪🏻 Give this workout a try babes: A1 5 x Barbell Back Squat A2 10 x Military Press A3 15 x Box Jumps Rest 2-3mins B1 5 x Deadlift B2 10 x One Arm Row (each arm) B3 15 x Kettlebell Swings Rest 2-3mins C1 30 Sec Rower (15sec rest periods) Perform A1-A3 with no or minimal rest in between each exercise, rest at the end of A3 for 2-3 mins, perform 3 sets of A1-A3. Move on to the B exercises and perform 3 sets. Finish off the workout with the C exercise.
