Looking for a lil' something sweet on the #7DaySlimDown this week? ππΌ♀️π€ I'm always reaching for the Pick-Me-Up Chia Pudding! π Plus it's the perfect mid-afternoon snack to keep your energy levels high. π€ΈπΌ♀️ 1/2 cup coconut milk from a carton 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup 1/4 cup whole chia seeds Combine all ingredients, except chia seeds, in a bowl. Gently stir in chia seeds. Whisk then allow to sit for 3 mins. π₯£ Whisk again & store in the fridge overnight. Top with 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes & 1 tsp. cacao nibs.
