Wouldn't mind doing my LISS workouts here 😍 So a few ladies were asking about my walks in the morning. So for the ladies that would like to do the same thing as me, I walk for 30 minutes at 6.0 KMPH. No incline (just flat). I do these walks 5-6 times per week in the morning or right before my shower before bed! There is no "right time" to workout, so just do what you can and enjoy the process!
