Last nights workout πͺπΌ . I did 6 rounds of 40 secs of each exercise with 60 secs rest at the end of each round . . I've started working on my explosive strength! I haven't done any explosive training since before I was pregnant a year and a half ago! My ankle that I badly sprained a few months ago is feeling good too.
