It's funny how this account has become so 'yoga-ish' 😝 I started out my career as a personal trainer, and then finished 2 degrees during that time to finally become a qualified Exercise Physiologist and elite athletics coach...Fitness, workouts & running have always been my speciality (and passion) and I guess when I found yoga, it became such a huge part of my life because it provided me with physical & mental recovery amongst an otherwise intense training schedule 🧘🏼♀️ although I have great balance between yoga practise & workouts in my 'real life', it looks like I've favoured sharing the majority of my yoga journey here...
